This workshop is designed to encourage the involvement of your birthing partner through the journey of pregnancy and give you, the mom-to-be a chance to lay back and relax. Your birthing partner will be taught massage strokes and routines that will help you relax, bring gentle relief to aching muscles and ease the birthing process through a healing touch. Custom blended massage oil and massage guide are included with the workshop.
